Siding Contractors Portland wants every homeowner to be able to use this website, including people who rely on a screen reader or navigate with a keyboard alone. We design against WCAG 2.1 Level AA, and that work continues as the site changes.

If any part of this site gets in your way, from a form to a town map, tell us by phone or at [email protected] and we will work on a fix. You can also give us the details of your siding job over the phone instead of using a form.

Everyone planning new siding should be able to use this website, including people who use a screen reader or browse with a keyboard alone. This statement explains how we work toward that and what to do if something stops you.

Our Commitment

Accessibility is part of how we design and review every page, not a single audit we finished once. Any barrier we find, or that a visitor reports, goes on our list to fix.

The Standard We Work Toward

We design this site against Level AA of the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1. Accessibility testing never truly ends, so we make no claim of full conformance, but those guidelines shape every design and build decision here.

What We Have Built In

  • Headings in a logical order, and links that say where they go
  • Alt text on every image that carries meaning, and a visible label on every form field
  • Text and button colors checked for contrast against WCAG Level AA

Known Limitations

Screen readers do not always handle our interactive town maps well. Every town pinned on a map is also listed as a plain text link on the same page, so no page depends on the map.

The address on our contact page opens Google Maps in a new tab, and that service has its own accessibility features and limits. Our phone number and email address also appear as plain text on that page.

How to Report a Problem

Tell us which page and which task gave you trouble by writing to [email protected] or calling the number shown on this website. You can also reach us through our contact page, and we will look into a fix.

Other Ways to Reach Us

A form that does not work for you should never hold up your siding job, so call us instead. Over the phone we can take down the details of your house and set up a visit.

Updates to This Statement

We review this statement whenever the website changes in a meaningful way. The version posted here is always the current one.
